Usually a non-empty oyster contains only 1 pearl, although on rare occasions they can contain 3 [[oyster pearls|pearls]] . Pearls of any kind are useful in the [[fletching]] skill, as they can be used to make [[Pearl bolt tips]] by using a [[chisel]] on them, requiring 41 fletching.<br />
