It is made from slivers of interlinked obsidian and enchanted with TzHaar magic, like all TzHaar equipment. It is one of the two only [[TzHaar]] items whose name isn&#039;t in the [[TzHaar language]], the other is the [[fire cape]]. It is also dropped by the inhabitants of the underground volcano city of TzHaar. It should be noted that the cape of legends costs far less to replace than the obsidian cape, making the legends cape preferable for dangerous situations, such as Player Killing.
