They are involved in [[Pirate Pete]]'s section of [[Recipe for Disaster]]. [[Nung]] asks players to collect five [[mudskipper hide]]s before he will allow them into the crab pen area.<br />

Contrary to popular belief, the hides are not used to make [[mudskipper hat]]s and [[flippers]] . Players must receive these as a drop from [[mogre]]s. Though their weakness is not known yet, slash attacks have been found more effective than stab or crush attacks.<br />
