It can be made with the [[Cooking]] skill at level 44. A keg of 4 doses of this brew can be drunk, in four ''bites'', for a total of 240 LP of healing in one inventory space, 6720 LP for a full inventory of kegs, which places this item at the low end of the most concentrated healing items in the game. A 4 dose keg of this ale heals 10 more than a rocktail, but takes much longer to eat and are rare on the grand exchange. And past 69 Constitution, a basket of [[strawberries(5)]]s will heal more hp at a much lower price.
