'''Moe the Miner''' was a miner who was mining [[tin]] at the Varrock west mines. When spoken to, he would give any member a free [[dwarven army axe]]. He had the same function as [[Larry the Lumberjack]]. He was an NPC specifically designed for members and is a part of the Member's Loyalty programme. Though the axe he gives looks differently from Larry's axe, in truth they are the same item, shifting looks depending on what use the axe has and what combat style it is being used in.

He was removed from the game after the [[Troll Warzone]] update.
