It is made by using a [[blank mind rune]] on the [[Mind altar]] in the normal way and is used to unlock a mysterious door in the newly discovered shrine beneath [[Witchaven]]. In order to unlock the door the player must also have made a [[Air rune (The Slug Menace)|special air rune]], a [[Earth rune (The Slug Menace)|special earth rune]], a [[Fire rune (The Slug Menace)|special fire rune]] and a [[Water rune (The Slug Menace)|special water rune]].
