The bar may be created by placing a [[primed bar]] into the extractor gun found in the mind room and operating the machinery. Doing so will reduce the player&#039;s [[Magic]] level by 20.<br /> <br /> The bar may be smithed into a [[mind helmet]], [[mind shield]] or [[mind body]] by using it on the anvil in the first level of the Elemental Workshop while carrying a [[hammer]] and a [[beaten book]] (for helmets), [[slashed book]] (for shields) or a [[ragged book]] (for bodies). It can also be smithed into a pair of [[mind gloves]] or [[mind boots]].
