He hosts the Morytanian embassy when they arrive en route to the [[Paterdomus temple]]. He will also be the custodian of [[Gar'rth]] should he ever return from [[Morytania]]. He is also a member of the court who hear the embassy's report.

Although he may not necessarily be a Zamorakian, he is approached by [[Lord Sulla]] about his dealings with the [[Kinshra]].
