His special rule is that the player can have no items in [[inventory]]; only equipped items are allowed into the arena. Out of the champions who use melee, Leon d'Cour is the most powerful, so it is recommended that players equip their best weapon and use a melee protection prayer ([[Protect from Melee]] or [[Deflect Melee]]) against him. If prayer is not used, then the player should wear their best melee armour.<br />
