It can only be caught with a [[Barbarian rod]] with feathers or bait after starting [[Barbarian Training]]. It cannot be [[cooking|cooked]] but can be used with a [[knife]] to cut it open for [[roe]] and/or [[fish offcuts]], providing 10 cooking experience. The roe and offcuts serve as bait, so if you have high enough cooking level, and manage the cuts right, you can essentially have an endless supply of bait.
