The '''Leaping sturgeon''' is a [[leaping fish]] which requires a fishing level of 70 and a strength and agility level of 45 to be caught, providing 80 fishing experience, 7 strength experience, and 7 agility experience. It can only be caught with a [[Barbarian rod]] after starting [[Barbarian Training]]. It cannot be cooked, but you can use a knife on it which will give you [[caviar]], and may also give [[fish offcuts]], providing 15 cooking experience. Closest bank is the Barbarian Assault deposit box.

Unsurprisingly, this is the only leaping fish to give [[caviar]] (which is sturgeon roe). Caviar is used in [[Barbarian_Training#Barbarian_Herblore|barbarian herblore]] to make mixed potions. This fish may be caught near [[Otto's Grotto]] after [[Barbarian_Training#Barbarian_Fishing|barbarian fishing]] training.
