'''Knock-out''' is an [[aura]] available as part of the [[Members Loyalty Programme]] and can be purchased from [[Xuan]] in [[Burthorpe]], for 3,500 [[Membership Loyalty Points]]. Upon its release, it was on sale for 400 points instead of 3,500. This aura guarantees a finishing blow on an opponent if it is near death if the attack scores a hit. A miss will not cause any damage, nor will it deliver the kill. This means that a "guaranteed" finishing blow doesn't mean you are assured a hit when the enemy is near death. It has an activation period of 1 hour and a recharge time of 4 hours. Destroying and retrieving the aura will reset its recharge period back to 4 hours. As with all auras, it automatically deactivates upon being unequipped and like most combat enhancing auras; it does '''not''' work in PvP. Also, as with all auras, if the account using it is logged out while the aura is activated, the timer will continue to run out.

While the aura is active, any successful hit will be increased to kill the monster as long as its LP is low enough. Also, using a special attack may nullify the guaranteed killing blow, but it is possible to use knock-out with the special attack's effect, such as dragon claws. However, the special attack will be increased by up to 100 damage instead of adding the damage onto the last hit.

The most effective weapons for this aura are [[knives]] and [[darts]] as they are extremely weak but also extremely fast.

==Trivia==
*When you activate it and log on to an F2P world you will still see the blue flash around your player when you kill an NPC.
*The knock-out aura does '''not''' work with a [[Balmung]].
*The knock-out aura doesn't work when firing with a [[Dwarf multicannon]]. Only the hits of the player will be affected, not those of the cannon nor do hits from [[Summoning Familiars|familiars]].
