The '''Keenblade''' is a reward for completing a part of the new members tutorial. It is a drop from the [[Troll general (Tutorial)|troll general]] killed during the [[Burthorpe]] tutorial and is a potential drop from a [[Troll commando]]. You can also obtain it as a drop from the [[Troll brute]]s in the western portion of the Troll cave north of Burthorpe during and after the [[Burthorpe]] tutorial miniquest. It has stats roughly between an [[Iron 2h sword]] and a [[Steel 2h sword]], but with a slight [[Prayer]] bonus. This item is useful for players with low [[Attack]] levels as there are no level requirements to wield it. The Keenblade is a common KO weapon for low level player, because of the certain hit of 50 hitpoints.

The Keenblade's special attack always deals 50 damage. It will always hit a 30 through [[Protect from Melee]], and 25 through the Staff of Light special. The animation is the same as the [[Saradomin Godsword]]'s but it '''does not''' restore [[life points]] or [[Prayer|prayer points]]. Using the attack costs 75% of the special attack bar.
