A '''Jug of water''' is an [[item]] obtained by using an empty [[jug]] on a [[water source]] such as a [[fountain]] or [[sink]]. Jugs of water can be used for a variety of purposes such as when baking [[pie]]s, brewing [[jug of wine|wine]], and filling [[waterskin]]s. They are also sold by [[Shantay]].

There is a jug of water spawn in the palace of [[Al Kharid]] and in the cooking shop in [[Yanille]]. You can also obtain a free jug of water by speaking with [[Hassan]] in the Al Kharid Palace. Although the dialogue with Hassan when obtaining the water is related to drinking it, players cannot drink any jugs of water. The only way a player can drink any water is from a waterskin while in the desert.

They are the teritary ingredient for the [[spirit jelly]] [[summoning familiar]].

Players may receive jug of water from opening a [[box of summoning ingredients]], a possible reward from the [[Familiarisation]] [[Distraction and Diversion]].
