To ferment grapes, a [[Cooking]] level of at least 35 is needed. A player does not receive any cooking [[experience]] when the player&#039;s [[unfermented wine]] turns into this. Players can drink the bad wine, but this will reduce the player&#039;s [[Attack]] level by 3 temporarily, While also lowering your health. Drinking more jugs of bad wine will repeat this effect. Prior to [[14 July]], [[2009]], it was impossible to lose the wine without losing the jug, unless a player drank it. However, Jagex has now made it possible to &#039;empty&#039; the jug without drinking it. There is no possible way to prevent making a jug of bad wine.
