Jeb will transport players to the [[Fishing Platform]] after [[Slug Menace]], as [[Mayor Eustace Hobb]] confiscated [[Holgart]]'s boat and gave it to Jeb. <br />

However, this decision is once again reversed after [[Salt in the Wound]], where the Mayor, free from the mind-controlling properties of the sea slugs, returns the boat back to Holgart. Also, Jeb, when spoken to, will remark how familiar the player is.<br />
