'''Jade vine seeds''' are used in the [[Farming]] skill to grow the [[Jade vine]]. They can be sown in the [[Jade vine patch]] in the Handelmort Mansion. Planting Jade vine seeds gives 50 experience.

[[Horacio]] the gardener will watch the patch for 10 [[wildblood hops]].

Once The vine starts growing, the player has two choices: prune it for [[Farming]] experience or leave it alone until it becomes a [[Wild Jade Vine]]. Players who decide to grow the [[Jade vine]] gain 30 [[Farming]] experience for pruning, and 1,500 experience for checking the vine after its fully grown and healthy. If the player decides to fight it, they will need any type of hatchet to kill it (Rune or better is recommended). The [[Wild Jade Vine]] is level 167 and uses [[Melee]] and [[Magic]] attacks. The player gains 2,500 [[Slayer]] experience for doing so and can repeat this process every 15 hours (the amount of time it takes the seed to regrow--its health may be checked after 12 hours, and it will become wild 3 hours later).

Jade Vine Seeds are obtained after completing the [[Back to my Roots]] quest from Horacio, or by growing and then defeating a [[Jade vine|Wild Jade Vine]].
