The quest is required to equip the sallet, along with 20 [[Defence]]. It has the exact equivalent defence bonuses as a [[mithril full helm]], but also offers +3 [[Prayer]] bonus. It is white with bright gold trim.<br />

*One of the steel heraldic helmets can make an excellent imitation of the Initiate Sallet.<br />
*It should be noted that the base colour of the Temple Knight's armour (both Initiate and [[Proselyte]]) is NOT the same as White equipment - it has a darker, almost silvery shade, and will not exactly match if worn together.<br />
