'''Ilfeen''' roams the northern area of the forest of [[Isafdar]]. She can be found in either the clearing just south of the quest start point for [[Roving Elves]] in the north-east quadrant or south of the [[Elf Camp]] (just north of the Elf musician in the patch of forest next to the trap covered in leaves). Ilfeen teleports between the two locations about every 4 minutes, saying "I have things to do" just before she leaves.

Following the [[Prisoner of Glouphrie]] quest, Ilfeen can be found in the centre of [[Lletya]].

You can talk to her and learn more about [[Oaknock]] and the [[Crystal saw]].

Ilfeen has a deep understanding of crystals. If you have a [[Crystal bow]] or [[Crystal shield]] that has reverted to a [[Crystal seed]], Ilfeen can enchant it back to a bow or shield for a price. The price drops by 180,000/150,000 each time you have a seed enchanted into a bow/shield (respectively), down to a minimum price:

Once llfeen enchants a Crystal seed at least once into a shield or bow she is then able to re-enchant partially degraded crystal equipment, at a proportion of the cost. For example, a Crystal bow in '9/10' condition can be recharged back to full condition for 18,000 coins if the minimum recharge cost has already been reached. Likewise, a Crystal shield in '2/10' condition can be recharged for 600,000 coins if it is the first time Ilfeen is re-enchanting. A recharge in this manner will still count towards reducing the cost for future re-enchantments.

New bows (900,000 each) and shields (750,000 each) may also be purchased from [[Islwyn]] without having a seed.

Ilfeen will give you the book, [[Crystal of seren]], after you complete the [[Roving Elves]] quest. She will replace it if you lose it.

Ilfeen also says she is learning how to make [[Crystal halberd]]s but hasn't quite got the melody right yet.

* Ilfeen appears to have a [[Cape of Legends]], however in Postbag from the Hedge 9 a player asked: ''4. The last time I saw you, you had a legends cape on. Are you a member of the legend's guild? If so, have you been in the area of RuneScape inhabited by humans, because most elves never speak about leaving the elven lands.'' To this Ilfeen responded: ''4. I know nothing of your human guilds. It is merely coincidence.''
