'''The High Priest of Icthlarin''' is a priest of the [[Menaphites|Menaphite people]]. The current priest lives in [[Menaphos]].

The High Priest of Icthlarin dedicates his life to the worship of [[Icthlarin]], the Menaphite god of the dead. However, he does not appear in-game as of yet due to Menaphos's quarantine.

Despite the city's quarantine, the High Priest has maintained correspondence with [[Reldo]] of [[Varrock]].
