The Emissary described himself as a &quot;servant&quot; of the chaos god [[Zamorak]]. For devout loyalty to his [[god]] during his natural life, the Emissary has been given a spiritual purpose in death, appearing before those Zamorak feels can serve him.<br /> <br /> The Emissary appeared in visions before [[Kara-Meir]] three times. The second time, Kara-Meir believed him to be Zamorak himself; however, he claimed to be but on of many divine agents to Zamorak. Each time he appeared, he offered Kara-Meir the chance to be accepted by Zamorak.
