* It is most likely in the form of the letter "Z" because Hazeel had rebelled alongside with [[Zamorak]] against [[Zaros]].<br />
* Therefore, Hazeel's Mark is worn by many players that follow the god Zamorak or Zaros most likely just for the reason of the amulet having the letter "Z" on it.<br />
* Besides showing that you have sided with Hazeel in the quest, this item is of no use after the quest is over with.<br />
