When a player returns their half of the Shield to [[Curator Haig Halen]] of the [[Varrock Museum]], they will receive one half of the certificate, depending on whether they joined the [[Phoenix Gang]] or the [[Black Arm Gang]]. There are actually two different certificate halves, but they are identical in appearance.<br /> <br /> The player will receive two copies of their half certificate, one of which must then be traded with a player from the other gang to receive the other half. When combined, the player receives a [[full certificate]].
