During the quest, the player is sent to give him a [[plague sample]], [[touch paper]] and the three smuggled liquids. Guidor is located in the most south-east corner of the gated area (guarded by the guard with a strange helmet on), in his bedroom. Upon conversing with him further, he will come to an interesting conclusion about the sample you have brought.
