A '''Giant worm''' is a monster that is encountered during the fight against the [[Queen Black Dragon]]. After each phase, the Queen will cough up worms one at a time until the respective artefacts have been touched. It is recommended to have [[protect from magic]] when these worms are present, as their magic attacks are very accurate, and can easily stack up. Stand near the artefact at the end of each phase to reduce the amount of spawns. With 1 or 2 spawns, it is recommended to kill them before fighting the Queen Black Dragon, especially on the second phase, as this will eliminate the need for Protect from Magic, and allow the use of other protect/deflect prayers.<br />
