They seem to appear more commonly in a party of 3 or more. Despite their namesake, they still breathe the traditional [[dragonfire]] and require an [[anti-dragon shield]] or a ([[Weak cure potion|Weak]]/[[Strong cure potion|Strong]]) [[Cure potion]]. [[Protect from Magic|Protect from]] and [[Deflect Magic]] may also be used, but they are only slightly effective and players will still be hit over 300 regularly if they do not employ another source of dragonfire protection. They also have a magic attack that looks similar to a [[Water Blast]] spell.<br /> They are vulnerable to fire spells and stabbing attacks.<br /> <br /> Frost dragons are also notable for being among the first monsters that free to play players can kill that drop [[dragon bones]], thus these monsters turned dragon bones into a free to play item for the first time. However, the dragon bones cannot be taken out of Daemonheim.
