The rules are similar to those of a [[boxing ring]]; no [[armour]], jewellery or combat spells may be used in the Fencing Ring, however, a player may wield a weapon in the Fencing ring. A player may also cast non-combat spells in the ring. To use a fencing ring, a player must have a [[weapons rack]] and an opponent. A fencing ring requires level 41 [[Construction]], 8 [[oak plank]]s, and 6 [[Bolt of cloth|bolts of cloth]]. When built, it earns the player 570 [[experience]].
