The '''Engineer''' is a [[non-player character]] found at the surface entrance of the [[Dwarven Mine]] on [[Ice Mountain]]. The engineer can be observed working in a small enclosed area with the mines's only [[dwarf multicannon]], which is used to combat local [[race]]s such as [[goblin]]s that would otherwise overrun the [[Ice Mountain Dwarven Colony]].<br />

The [[Dwarven Black Guard]]'s resources on Ice Mountain, despite the area's connection via [[mine cart]] to [[Keldagrim]], have always been relatively thin. The cannon's maintenance is therefore critical to the mine's defence, making the engineer's job extremely important.<br />
