Each dose of this potion restores 20% of the player's run [[energy]].<br />

If the player adds [[caviar]] to a 2-dose potion, it will become a 2-dose [[energy mix]], which heals 30 [[life points]] in addition to restoring 20% run energy.<br />

==Price history==<br />
Before the [[random event]] update, this potion had a lower price. Afterwards, the lack of [[strange fruit]] caused the price of this potion to soar up to nearly 6k for a three dose vial.<br />

In a later update on 9 June 2009, the run energy system was rebalanced and the need for energy potions went down dramatically. Additionally, the potion was changed to restore twice as much energy (10% to 20%).<br />

*There is currently a glitch when one drinks energy potions that all of the shadowing on the character is temporarily removed.<br />
