'''Edible seaweed''' is a [[food]] item which is dropped by [[Rock Crab]]s and Ranged [[Dagannoth]]s on [[Waterbirth Island]], and can also be found while [[Fishing]] with a [[big fishing net|big net]] or during the [[Fishing Trawler]] minigame. It can also be found on a small island off the coast of [[Mos Le'Harmless]], near several [[teak tree|teak]] and [[mahogany tree]]s. It is also dropped by [[Sea snake young]]. When eaten, it restores 40 [[constitution|life points]].

Edible seaweed can be one of the 50 items needed to obtain the [[Death talisman]] in [[Mourning's Ends Part II]] and also one of the items that may be chosen for the ''Phasma phantasmas natura'' in [[Fairy Tale Part I: Growing Pains]].
