It is made by using [[purple dye|purple]], [[blue dye|blue]], or [[green dye|green]] [[dye]] on [[orange slices]]. When they are made, players get the message "You add the dye to the oranges. They turn an appealing greyish brown colour."

Players should take this item (along with [[soggy bread]] and [[spicy maggots]]) to the [[Goblin Cook]], who will turn the three ingredients into the [[Slop of compromise]].
