The set consists of [[Dromoleather coif|coif]], [[Dromoleather body|body]], [[Dromoleather chaps|chaps]], [[Dromoleather vambraces|vambraces]], and [[Dromoleather boots|boots]]. Pieces are often dropped by level 45 [[forgotten ranger]]s. A player must have level 40 [[Ranged]] and [[Defence]] to wear a dromoleather item. Dromoleather armour is the best ranged armour in F2P, and as such it is highly recommended for higher levelled rangers to bind it if they are looking for ranged armour.

A total of 12 [[dromomastyx hide]]s and level 49 [[Dungeoneering/Crafting|Crafting]] is required to make the entire set. The hides can be obtained from hunting or killing [[Dromomastyx]], or bought from the [[Smuggler]]. More dromomastyx hide is obtained if a player uses a hunter trap to catch the Dromomastyx, requiring level 40 [[Dungeoneering/Hunter|Hunter]], instead of just killing it.
