[[File:Distractor.png]] The '''Distractor''' is a special unit used in the [[Mobilising Armies]] [[activity]]. When the '''distractor''' is used, all nearby units temporarily forget their commands and cannot be given a new command until the distractor disappears. The distractor affects the player's own units as well. The distractor costs 600 [[Mobilising_Armies#Investments|investment points]]. It has the appearance of skeletal dragon or wyvern made of ice.

Distractors are far from useful in the [[Mobilising Armies/Conflict|Conflict]] scenario, but are quite popular for use in the [[Mobilising Armies/Hoard|Hoard]] and [[Mobilising Armies/Siege|Siege]] scenarios, since these gametypes are played at around the speed of giving commands to the player's units.

They can however be extremely useful when you are outnumbered in the [[Mobilising Armies/Siege|Siege]] scenario especially, as the time delay allows you to sort yourself out.
However sometimes using this will anger many players, making them quit the game and complain.
