'''Dharok's helm''' is [[Armour#Melee armour|melee armour]] worn in the [[Inventory#Headwear Slot|headwear slot]] that is part of [[Dharok the Wretched's equipment|Dharok the Wretched's set]] of [[barrows equipment]]. To wear Dharok's helm, a player must have 70 [[Defence]].

As this helm previously left the majority of the wearer's face unprotected, and has the same negative range and mage bonuses as [[med helm]]s, it is classified as a medium helm. Therefore, it is considered to be the strongest of such armour.

The helm is more expensive than the rest of Dharok the Wretched's set of barrows equipment. The disproportionately high value of the helm can be explained with the High Alchemy value of the helm. In comparison to the other items in the set the item has the lowest value and hence when a player dies they lose this item and keep the other pieces. This creates a significantly higher demand and hence the high price. This is also even more the case than other Barrows helms often lost on death, because players who use Dharok's often die more often than players who use other Barrows sets. This is due to the fact they often try and stay at low life points to use Dharok' special effect, thus increasing the chances of death.

As it is part of Dharok's Barrows set, if Dharok's helm is worn along with all of the other pieces of equipment in Dharok's barrows set the player receives a special effect. Attacks do more damage as the player's [[life points]] decrease, up to double damage at or below 10% life points.
