They have a max hit of 50 LP. <br /> They can constantly be seen fighting the Zamorakian guards on the path to the [[Ourania Runecrafting altar]], and quite often win, particularly on world 70, the official world for the [[Ourania Runecrafting Altar]]. Lower levelled players can take the long route to go around them. Good armour that is not too weak against any of the three combat types is advised as the area the lizards reside in is multicombat. The lizards &#039;&#039;&#039;are&#039;&#039;&#039; aggressive to players, but they prioritize Zamorakian workers over other players. They always drop [[Bones]], and nothing else.
