Along with [[Seaman Thresnor]] and [[Seaman Lorris]], players can ask him to take them to [[Musa Point]] in [[Karamja]] at a cost of 30 [[coins]].

If players complete the [[Karamja Tasks#easy tasks|Karamja easy tasks]] the cost is reduced to 15 coins, the gloves do not need to be worn for the discount. If the player is wearing a [[Ring of charos|Ring of charos(a)]], they need not pay anything.

* In the [[Varrock Census]], he is listed as a guard. It is likely, since it is nine years out of date, that he left [[Varrock]] sometime during those nine years to become a sailor. It may also be possible that it is not him, but a different Tobias, although there are no other people of the same name in the game.
