The '''Cape of Legends''' is a cape that can be bought for 450 [[coins]] from the [[Legends' Guild]] upon completion of the [[Legends' Quest]].<br />

The Cape of Legends is the only pure white cape and is sometimes seen as a status symbol as a series of challenging quests must be completed to equip it. There are various NPCs who appear to be wearing The Cape of Legends or some variation thereof. The Cape of Legends is at a slight disadvantage to the [[Obsidian Cape]], which has no level or skill requirements to equip and +2 greater defence. This slight disadvantage and the Cape of Legends' high skill requirement angered a vocal minority who urged Jagex to at least equalize both capes. However, it should be noted that the Cape of Legends is far cheaper than the Obsidian Cape. As a result, it was a popular choice for a cape when [[Player killing|PKing]] or taking part in dangerous activities. However, with the price of the Obsidian Cape being much lower than it was when The Cape of Legends was released, and the release of new capes since, it has fallen out of popularity with most player killers.<br />
