Captain Izzy is also a master of [[Agility]], and with level 99 [[Agility]] players may purchase an [[Agility cape]] from him for 99,000 [[coins]]. As with all [[Cape of Accomplishment|skillcapes]], it also comes with the matching skillcape hood.
