It is made using the [[Smithing]] skill by putting together the five pieces from a [[broken hand]], with a [[hammer]] and 2 [[bronze wire]]s in the inventory.<br /> <br /> The brass hand is made for [[Brass Hand Harry]], hence his name. His original brass hand was broken, and he asks a favour from players, in order for him to give his mark.
