It is part of the [[Elemental Workshop equipment#Body|Elemental Workshop equipment]] and one of the rewards obtained from completing the [[quest]]. A body body can be created by [[smithing]] two [[body bar]]s on the anvil in the [[Elemental Workshop (dungeon)|Elemental Workshop]], provided the player has a [[Ragged book]] in their inventory. It, along with the [[Elemental body|Elemental]], [[Mind body|Mind]], [[Chaos body|Chaos]], and [[Cosmic body|Cosmic bodies]] are the only chest equipment to show an animation when equipped.<br /> In comparison to a [[mystic robe top]], the body body is less protective against [[magic]] attacks by 3 points but more protective against a [[summoning]] familiar&#039;s attacks by 5 points.
