A '''Black helm''' is the sixth-strongest [[medium helmet]]. The Black helm requires 10 [[Defence]] to wear. The black helm's stats are identical to a [[black mask]]. The Helm can be bought at [http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Seddu%27s_Adventurers%27_Store Seddu's Adventurers' Store] for 576 coins. It is an uncommon drop from [[dark warrior]]s and the [[tormented wraith]]. It is also used when ranging the tormented wraith as you need black equipment and the helm gives very little negative ranged attack bonus compared to the full helm. It can also be obtained through Shade Burning. It is quite commonly found at the [[Digsite]], and can be traded from players. Prior to an update, the red band of the Black helm was purple, unlike others that have a red band. The band has been removed in the graphical update of the helmet.<br />
