A '''black full helm (bugged)''' is an item used in [[The Void Stares Back]]. It has been modified by [[Korasi]] to record the player's movements. When worn along with a [[Black platebody (bugged)]] and [[Black platelegs (bugged)]], the player can infiltrate the [[Black Knights' Fortress (building)|Black Knights' Fortress]]. The helm has the same bonuses as a normal [[Black full helm]]. It should not be confused with the [[Black knight helm]], an unequippable item used in [[King's Ransom]].

During the quest, the player is required to take off the helm by [[Captain Gilroy]] of the [[Black knight]]s. The helm is lost (does not go into inventory) when this happens. This may be due to the fact that it is identical to a Zamorak plumed helm from a POH in looks.
