The '''Beads of the dead''' are a [[quest item]] that players create during the [[Shilo Village (quest)|Shilo Village quest]] by using a [[chisel]] on the [[sword pommel]] found in the tomb of Beverius, and then combining the resulting [[ivory beads]] with [[bronze wire]]. This necklace must be worn when entering the tomb of [[Rashiliya]] in order for the player to be adequately protected from her magical powers.

This item has well rounded stats, making it a particularly good choice for any dangerous combat situations, since it is cheap and easy to replace if lost.

Players can sell this item to [[Yanni Salika]] in [[Shilo Village]] for 1,000 coins. If the player destroys this item, another one may be purchased from Yanni Salika for 1,200 coins.
