The '''Battle-mage helm''' is part of the [[Battle-mage armour]] set. It requires 85 [[Magic]], [[Strength]], and [[Defence]] to wear, but not to obtain. It may be received after winning a game of [[Castle Wars]] - an interface will appear from which one of the three [[Hybrid armour]] helms can be chosen. The chance of receiving the helm is increased if more games are won.

The helm normally gives no bonuses and is cosmetic, but in [[Castle Wars]], [[Soul Wars]], [[Fist of Guthix]] and [[TzHaar Fight Pit]], it does. The entire set gives a 15% damage bonus while playing those activities, but this does not stack with the Castle Wars armour sets. The bonus will apply in Castle Wars by simply owning the helm, since it cannot be worn within the minigame.
