They can be bought from the [[Smuggler]] at [[Dungeoneering#Complexity|complexity]] level 5 or 6, or made from the [[Fletching]] and [[Smithing]] skills using [[bathus bar]]/[[Bathus ore|ore]] and [[headless arrow (Dungeoneering)|headless arrows]]. When this is done, the terms p, p+, and p++ are placed after the name to show that they have been poisoned.<br />

It is often uneconomical to poison arrows in dungeoneering, as the time and money used to mix poison and poison arrows that might be lost can be better spent moving through dungeons. However, it can be effective to bind poisoned arrows instead of normal arrows for the extra damage in a difficult fight.<br />
