The '''barrelchest disguise''' is used during [[A Clockwork Syringe]] to infiltrate the barrelchest factory on [[Bloodsplatter Isle]]. It is built from a [[Barrelchest parts|bundle of parts]], a [[Barrel (A Clockwork Syringe)|large barrel]], and a [[Zombie head (A Clockwork Syringe)|the head of a zombie]] (with a mouth stuffed with [[Roll of bandage|bandages]] and covered with a [[surgical mask]]). Once players wear it, it becomes possible to travel freely throughout the factory.

While in the barrelchest disguise, players cannot run or access most of the game's menus. However, it is possible to use the anchor and cannon carried by the barrelchest disguise to defeat the factory workers.

At the end of A Clockwork Syringe, [[Bill Teach]] takes the disguise on the premise that it may be needed later (such as in a future pirate series quest).
