Most adamant platebodies enter the game from smiths who use them to gain fast experience. Smithing adamant platebodies can be over 200,000 smithing experience per hour; however, over 850,000 coins are lost per hour as well. The experience can be gained at half price if [[Sacred clay hammer]]s are used. If a player uses a fast Stealing Creation clan they can attain about 3-4 hammers per hour. Playing non-combat Stealing Creation the average stealing creation points per hour are 90-98, this equals to 4.5-4.9 hammers per hour. Overall, it takes more time per exp point, but most players find it well worth it to do this as it is a rather significant difference in gp per unit of time spent playing.<br />
