To get white abyssal link paint, a player must have a whip in his/her inventory and 50 Honour Points in either attacker, defender, collector, or healer. Once the white coloured whip is selected, the segments of the player's whip will turn white. Once painted, the whip becomes untradeable and unlendable. Painting a whip will '''not''' modify any of its stats.<br />

To remove the whip's paint and make it tradeable again, a [[cleaning cloth]] may be used on the painted whip. Cleaning cloths may be made by using [[Karamja rum]] on a piece of [[silk]] or by buying a cleaning cloth from the [[Grand Exchange]]. They may also be bought from [[Tamayu]] in [[Tai Bwo Wannai]] village after the [[Tai Bwo Wannai Trio]] quest.<br />
