Both of them have been kidnapped from their home in East [[Keldagrim]] and imprisoned by the [[Chaos dwarf|Chaos dwarves]] alongside [[Prisoner|several others]] during the [[Forgiveness of a Chaos Dwarf]] [[quest]]. After the player and [[Commander Veldaban]] rescue the imprisoned dwarves, Fjoila requests that they search for Brunolt. The player and Veldaban later witness him being transformed into a [[Chaos Dwarf]] by [[The Red Axe]].
