'''Brother Heinous''' is a [[Monk of Zamorak]] who was born in [[Port Sarim]]. He fell in with a bad crowd in his teens and became involved with occultism and evil from listening to loud music and watching violent plays. During the [[2012 Hallowe'en event]], he can be found in [[Falador Park]] and [[Varrock Square]]. He is trying to fuel a curse against [[Falador]] and [[Varrock]]; however, his plans are being prejudiced by [[Brother Righteous]], a [[Saradomin]]ist monk who is trying to protect the two cities. As such, he requests your help to aid evil in claiming Varrock and Falador for his own and to corrupt the world of Gielinor.

His shop consists of a few things: the [[unhallowed robes]] and the [[ectoplasmator]], all of which are bought with [[Ectoplasm (2012 Hallowe'en event)|ectoplasm]]. He would also offer to take all the remaining ectoplasms if all the available items are sold out. He would still offer even in a free world, disregarding unbought members items.
